When to Arrive: Free street parking in permit zone 383 typically fills up 3 hours before the first pitch. Nearby lots and garages are often available up to the first pitch.

Free Street Parking
Check all signs before you park. Wrigley Field is in Residential Permit Zone 383, requiring a permit to park during the stated times. There are four free street parking areas available to the public.
- Southport to Cubby Bear Between Addison, Southport, Roscoe, and Racine, this area is within Zone 383 but is only restricted between 6 pm and 6 am.
- Graceland Cemetery EastHead north on Kenmore from Irving and you’ll find a long street with free unrestricted street parking.
- LV2 Zones The neighborhood west of Graceland Cemetery and further south west of Ashland are “LV2” permit parking (pictured below). This area is free street parking until 5PM, great for day games.

WHAT’S NEW?
If you haven’t parked at Wrigley in a few years, here’s a quick re-cap of what’s changed recently:
2018: New developments on N. Clark St. include restaurants and the new Hotel Zachary, which offers overnight valet parking.
2016: Former color lots are renamed in correspondence with Wrigley’s new partnership with Toyota.
2015: The Purple Lot on the same block and west of Wrigley is gone as part of the Wrigley Field expansion projects.
2014: The Cubs replaced the remote parking lot at DeVry Univerity with a remote parking lot at 3900 North Rockwell St. This lot has 1,000 spaces, double the size of the DeVry lot and is the same distance from Wrigley.
HANDICAP PARKING
Wrigley Field recently took part in the 1060 Project, which increases amenities to increase the ease of access for individuals with Wrigley Field’s parking website recommends calling their 800 number to get details about the ADA parking. There is limited street parking for handicap tags, and there are accessible spaces in the official Cubs lot. For these spots, advance purchase is recommended. Call 1-800-THE-CUBS for ADA accessible parking spaces and advanced reservations.
TAILGATING INFO
- Tailgating is not permitted at any Wrigley Field parking site. However, there are usually pre-game festivities at Gallagher Way.
- In addition to the long-standing bars and restaurants surrounding the stadium, many new developments along North Clark Street now offer even more dining options than before. Wrigley Field also offers a variety of concessions, as listed here.
- Pre-game events allow fans to get inside the stadium for batting practice.
